Event Space Rental
Riviera UCC has a great space for church gatherings, weddings, meetings, funerals
and memorials or any other event. We offer many different packages, as well as the
services of our Pastor, should you require them. Our building has over 50,000
square feet of usable indoor space, as well as a full-service kitchen, a professional
audio/visual booth and extra tables and chairs. The building is located on 20 acres
of natural Florida fauna, should you wish to hold your event outdoors.

If your faith-based community is interested in a long-term rental, please call
the front office at 321-723-3963.
General Contract Fair-Use Fee Schedule
Please call the church office ahead of time to verify availability.
Classroom   $25.00 per hour

Entryway   $55.00 per hour

Sanctuary   $110.00 per hour

Additional chair set-up or configuration   $25.00 per hour*

Stage area configuration   $25.00 per hour*

Music Director Services   $50.00 per hour*

Additional Musicians   Agreed Cost

Lights/Sound Board Operation   $25.00 per hour*

Building Chaperone and Breakdown of Event   $25.00 per hour

NOTE: Any use of the facility or equipment not agreed to in the rental contract will result in 1.5
times the above fees, plus damages, for the space and/or equipment improperly used by renter
and/or its guests.
